Ascent Cycling

 A great LBS that has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ascent also is very supportive of the local biking community through sponsorship of races and riders. They are my go to shop.

 Best shop in the Springs! When you bring a bike in to get repaired they throw it up on the stand right away and assess it, half the time fixing the problem in a couple minutes and handing it right back. They have great bike selection range from the low price point beginner bikes to the high end and best bikes one could buy. Also paired with friendly staff makes this place a go to, even just for a quick stop by.

 No wonder online shipping is so big! I've bought a few bikes at this shop and lots of parts. the shop was great at first. Talked to one of the owners over the phone and he quickly became disrespectful over a warranty issue. (he has been disrespectful in person as well) there are only two owners of this shop that I know of. one is cool the other a completely unprofessional. in a business, the owner speaks for the entire shop, why should a consumer support that type of shop? unfortunately there are a few good employees there. bottom line, why would you give an @$$hole money. more stars goes to knowledge of the management, not ownership.

 Is there two ascent cycle bike shops in Colorado Springs because the above descriptions is not what I experienced. I did not care for this shop at all because the way I was treated. Never again.

 Best shop in the springs. They are friendly, helpful, and they love riding. From road bikes to dh bikes they have or can get you whatever you need.
