They generally do not carry the parts that I need in stock, but are willing to order anything for me. The prices are a little bit higher than I like to pay, but the customer service is good enough for me to overlook that. Service has been fantastic for me
By far the BEST bike shop in the Temecula area. I really like this shop due to the stellar staff they employ. They have always been super helpful with bikes that I have brought in weather I bought them from Jax or from somewhere else.
As for parts they have had most of the essentials I have needed but special order parts are no issue for them. They will generally price match most stuff and are willing to bring in anything I have asked for.
