I recieved very poor customer service on a wheel build i asked them to do. The front wheel they did was great, done in a reasonable time. the back however was a different story; i specified black spoke 3 weeks later i went to them because i hadnt heard anything and it was sat there with SILVER spokes. the guy behind the counter says "will it do?" no it wont do! so they said theyd do it again and litterally about another 5 weeks later still nothing from them so went down again and their excuse was "sorry we lost your phone number"
will not use again!!
