Can't say much about the gear or clothing selection but the service department has treated me very well on several occasions. They've done work on my downhill and cross country bikes as well as my all-carbon road bike and every time they were able to help me out quickly and for a reasonable price.
Now I just look for a reason to go and visit when I'm cruising through Canmore!
