I had a horrible experience with this shop. Worst customer service, sale process, and repair process I have ever had. Sure maybe this same thing won't happen to everyone who shops there. But, I'll never shop there again. Now I'm on their damn email newsletter and it's impossible to unsubscribe from that.
20$ to cut the steerer. Mind you the steerer was off, I handed them a carbon fork for them to cut, 2 minute job, forgot to ask the cost before hand, unhappy about it.
During the height of the part shortage, I broke my brake on my enduro bike “do you have any hydraulic MOUNTAIN BIKE brake lever?” They handed me a hybrid commuting brake set and asked me if I want to buy it. The thoughts in my mind was: “WHAT THE f*ck? Ru serious?” He was dead serious and I don’t understand why my question got such a respond. Not to mention more than one person there sound extremely condesending.
