I bought a bike there earlier in 2016 and I'm pretty disappointed with some of the service. The main salesperson was pretty judgemental the entire time because I was buying one of the cheaper bikes in the store, and only perked up when I mentioned I already had a road bike. I also heard him tell a customer who admitted to knowing nothing about bikes that anything under $1500 is a cheap bike and he would never buy a bike that cost less than that... The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars staff is because the guys working at the service station at the back are top notch, they're always working hard and they are great people. Overall though, I get the sense that this is one of the more "elitist" LBS's in Ottawa, and its an attitude that needs to disappear as biking should be for everyone.
