COGGS was started in 1994 when the Superior Bikers and the North Star Bike Club combined. We are a 501-c3 nonprofit organization and our mission is the improve the cycling opportunities for the citizens of the Twin Ports for years to come.

Advocates and manages the local trails. Volunteer based with a wide berth of knowledge and support throughout the city. Over 700 members!
