 I paid for next day delivery 6 days ago - still no bike... first they claimed not in stock despite website saying otherwise, then Parcelforce mis-delivered to the wrong part of the country... sorely tempted to not-sign for it if and when it arrives and get my money back.

 waited 3 weeks for my bike when they told me it was in stock when it arrived it had a buckled front wheel and two large dings on the paintwork ,if only i bought from a good company
