I bought a Cannondale Trail SE 1 bike through your website. And it arrived on 31/01/22. I opened the box excited to see my new bike. But it soon turned to disappointment. The first thing I noticed was that the TranzX dropper post was not there. In place of it was a standard seat post. Then I checked the brakes. And they where not the TRP Slate G4 hydraulic disc, 180/160 mm rotors (4 pots). They where a poorer specification Shimano mt400 2 pot calipers.
They where the main two disappointments. As I'm a rider who weighs 220 lb and is 188 cm tall. So I bought this bike specifically for the better brakes, and the dropper post.
The wheels where suppose to be WTB i29. Instead my bike has WTB i21 wheels. A lot narrower. And so the tyres where not 2.5" they where 2.25".
I realise this is not all Alltricks fault. As manufacturers are finding it harder to get parts for their bikes. But alltricks should be informing online customers of their exact bikes specifications before they purchase and ship them to the customer.
Cannondale has not replaced parts to a similar specification of those listed for this particular bike. The bike I received wasn't even close in specification to the one I'd seen in both the Cannondale and alltricks websites.
I'll be returning the bike for a full refund. And I'll purchase a bike with a better specification down the Cannondale that arrived to my home.
