Hardbicycle LTD.

 I was intrigued by hardbicycles asymmetrical carbon rims. I decided to purchase even though I knew that they are new to the retail market place. I'm here to say that I made a great decision. The rim I bought directly compete with the nox farlow rim. I've compared these wheels next to each other and the quality look and feel are in my mind - the same. Except, hard bicycle wheels are more affordable. They have great customer service as well! Here's a little story... During the process, the customer service rep I was dealing with emailed me and said my rims were about to ship. All they needed to do was finish them and ship them. A day later, I was contacted saying that one of the rims did not pass final QC and they would have to remake one of my rims. They even sent me pics. I was impressed with the integrity of this company. They apologized for the delay, shipped me the wheels and also shipped me a carbon water bottle cage - which is very nice.....

They are stout!!! They spin up quick and I have no reason to believe they will not hold up. This was a great add on to my bike and I'm happy I purchased from hardbicycle. Considering all the options out there, this is the way to go.. Little tip - NOX states they will crash replace your rim if it breaks but it cost 50% more than a rim from hardbicycle. That's all Im saying here.
