Hey dude.

I just moved to Manchester and I've been trying to get out on my bike more! Lack of car makes that difficult.

I head over to Llandegla every so often with folk from work, but really keen to get out more. Antur Stiniog looks like it could be great fun.

I'm living in Whalley Range - how about you?

I'd be up for that for sure! I struggle to get up the hills too.

Will do man, appreciate the offer!

I moved down from Glasgow, used to travel between Manchester > Glasgow a lot for work...the train was always rammed until Bolton!

You aware of anything local to ride in Manchester (apart from Philips Park)? Have you paid a visit to Antur Stiniog?

Nah, not me - just a video that was on their FB page.

The guys seem pretty sound, since I don't drive I asked how close the train station was - they suggested a lift should be possible.

lmao yes looks remote. how much is the uplift?

I have transport and happy to chuck a second bike in the boot.

They actually said it was only 10 minutes from the station on bike, which isn't bad. The fact they pro-actively offered a lift was nice!

To be honest, I hadn't even checked. Just looked now and....

Depending on the time to descend would be more cost effective to pay individual lifts.

However not guaranteed spaces are you

For sure - depends on your speed down!

Says they do up to 15 a day. Maybe worth paying per ride on the first visit to gauge, or rocking up early and making sure you get enough runs in Smile
