Anybody have any advice on building in socal? its really dry and dusty and i can never get the dirt to stay up cause as soon as it drys after rain it just becomes sandy again.

remove as most Dirt/DUST as you can exsposing the hard packed

as for lips drying and out and becoming sandy, that an issue. I was thinking of trying to bring 5 gallon buckets with water and a little gardneing WATER CAN with the shower head nosel. and water the lips! =P
