just pre order the bike with a small downpayment. I just ordered a 08 250 and put 400 down till it comes. Try that cuz then your pretty much garentied to get one.

its already been released. my shop has the 08 big shits and p1s and p2 cromos, calling them to see when it gets released dosnt mean there ordering oneRolleyes

i got my 08 p1 over 4 weeks ago it just depends on how early they orderd it. oak bay bikes from nanaimo was one of the first bike shops in north america to order the new 2008 specialized models

the 08 specialized were in New Zealand about 5 weeks ago. So I thought they would be out world wide by now.

1100, same brakes as the p3 - hayes stroker rydes, can't wait to try them out. i wonder if these brakes will improve hayes' reputation against avid's juicies...

thing is, there's a lot of inconsistencies with the rear brake rotor size - some places say the p2 has 6 inch front and 5 in the back, my lbs' dealer catalog says 6 both ends, but the u.s. spec website says 6 and 5. dealer catalog and website all say 6 and 5 for the p3. post up some pics here when you get your p3 asap dude, i wanna see it Big Grin
