Heard the lasted vape news , legit studies say you’re 16 times more likely to get heart disease . Could knock the vax off of top spot !

I vape, as I substituted it for tobacco, but I plan on quitting vapes too.

I started getting sore throats when using the PG oils so stopped . Have a roll up now and again

Best idea. I’ve read a few stories of lung failure from vapes too.

I got a sore throat at the beginning, and some chest pains, but I’m fine now.

I plan on cutting down with each dosage/strength until I can ween off of the nicotine.

I’ll get there, just slowly.

As long as you're not addicted.

I was a heavy smoker, and going through 150grams of tobacco per fortnight.

That was around £125, so I'm saving around £110'ish with the vape, per fortnight.

I wasn't aware of that.

I only switched to vapes to save around £250 p/m, as that's how much I was spending on tobacco.

I do plan on quitting vapes soon. Just was a heavy smoker, so need time to slowly ween off of the nicotine.

Have you gone into a vaping shop/cafe ? I was buying a mod/coil/battery and mixing my own zero nic juice , loads cheaper than the pre-made vapes however got addicted to playing with it Wink

That’s a lot of tobacco in 2 wks !

Plenty of vape shops, but no cafes.

I ordered mine online and buy the e-liquid from Poundland.

I'll find a way to quit. Just the matter of cutting down slowly with each strength/dosage, until my body doesn't get cravings.
