well, if you were to click on the links, you'd have a good idea...
Post-Hardcore is pretty much hard rock/punk/metal, with vocals that alternate between screaming and singing... underoath, alexisonfire, and atreyu would be the most popular examples of the genre I guess...
Funny, because the bands you listed have nothing to do with either metal, punk, OR hardcore.
Its a mix of all of those genres. Now, if you could be so kind to leaving this thread alone from now on. No one wants to hear that bands they like are in the wrong categorie. If you don't have something nice to say.. don't say a damn thing at all.
Props for getting this thread back up James.

Cry of the afflicted is amazing... Can't go wrong with the new SKSK either.

How does being in the wrong categorie somehow sully the music? I didn't say it was bad, just that it's being called something it isn't
I guess I didn't read over my post. What I meant was, we don't care what genre you think post-hardcore/screamo fits into. Its music we like, I don't go into any rap sections here and say 50 cent isn't rap hes R&B.
I really don't wanna argue with you anymore, so if you don't like post-hardcore, or screamo then just stay out of the thread.
at the drive-in, the fall of troy, hot cross, underoath (obviously), the mars volta, i guess, neil perry, rosesdead, the holy shroud, cap 'n jazz
amadi, sorry dude but wrong thread for death metal.
kicks n licks, its essentially what many people call emo but isn't. Screamo music with more shredding guitar and more harmonized vocals, i guess. at least thats how I'd describe it.
