Kinda on topic. Whats the smallest disc available?

or get a custom thicker made disc, and if ure caliper is a 2 piece design and ure willing to spend a bit, get an engineering company to make a plate to go between the 2 halves to allow for the thicker disc...

And for eye popping power you could get some custom ceramic pads, damn expencive but amazing stoping power and easier on the disc.

think the smallest would be a trials specific model, Hope possibly or a trials spesh..

Magura Gustavs for sure. I've got 2 seasons on mine and the rotors are still perfectly straight with no gouging.

easier said than done when riding street

I ride street and park to, I have only wrecked 1 disc.

And usually when you hit a disc when riding street they go pretty bad. Like from missing your back wheel and your rotor coming down on a curb.

No disc can stand up to that unless you want to run a car disc break, lol.

I could see how DH riders could spend the extra cash on a strong thick rotor. They can handle more heat without warping and can take things like hitting small trees and sticks.

For street, I would just stick with a cheap rotor. Not worth it, first time you mess up and hit is, it's gunna go no matter how much you spent on it.
