It doesnt get any better then The black market Mob, Named best hardtail ever made by decline magazine and Ive never riden a better bike in my life. I Have one and will never sell it , and I go through alot of bikes .

I like aluminum. It's a lot lighter. District is nice. The yeti DJ is my dream HT though. That or the Ellsworth specialist.

every aluminum Hardtail I have had I have cracked, Steel is the way go. Its strong a still light. The mob is 4.7 lbs for the frame.

Aluminium is too ridgid to use on a decent hardtail for DH/FR 4130 Chromoly steel is where it's at, its such a plush supple metal... and it wont snap on you..
my frame suggestion... .243 FR frame....bomb proof...Yet heavy...7Lbs

Properly made boxed aluminum frames are still uber strong. What frames have you ridden, anyways?

Why do you all think 4X racers use aluminum? It's not like those bikes don't see hell.
