My elbow hurts!!

My back hurts..

And I have a lump growing on my knee! It hurts too...

I am at the peak of my riding, it hasn't ever been better than this and I'm falling apart! I read all this shit about the gay tennis elbow injury being the last injury alot of guys see before they quick riding.

From over use!!!

How often do you spank your monkey! Remember the days when you first acknowledged that fun shower game! THAT IS OVERUSE OF THE ARM!!

I never f*cked up my arm in the bathroom!

I'm so f*cken mad! And these pills have made me shit out a kidney...

AHH

I have a hole in my C1, compression in my C5+C6 and L5. Every time I move my head from side to side it's like on gravel and no-one else can hear it but me. I get mega migraines all the time.

It seems I also have some injury. Wether it be elbow/arm pains, headaches, back pains, leg pains. Their is always something keeping me from having a 100% healthy ride lol. Either way, I ignore all the pain and just ride.

last year on my bday i tried the biggest jump at the don and landed on my left ankle and shattered it in 6 pieces, had pins, screws, rods, and basically everything you could think of coming out of my foot. Eek

now everytime i step for the last 5 months my left ankle makes a loud CRACK noise that everyone can hear, ive gotten used to it but people around me think its so annoying, doesnt do it while riding so its good for thattup

I never new you live in toronto, sick Big Grin I ride the don, although I haven't this season since I switched to bmx and haven't really been dirt jumping. Also, my buddy who I would go with quit riding, and the one time I went, it had rained the previous day and was soaked so I just left.

How bad was it flooded, are the jumps still standing and atleast ridable? I doubt the city will produce anything. Unless they just give the riders land to build on, and some good loads of dirt, and the riding community can build the jumps together, how we want them. It's so stupid, they see kids having fun riding their bike, and they just want to get rid of it. Ok, next time I go to ride my bike, I'm gonna go join a gang instead, or support some of the local drug dealers. Is that what they want? It's a productive hobby that teens, and all people can enjoy. Take it away, and the people that ride as a life-style will just turn to other stupider shit. The city of toronto is a bunch of dick heads.

actually no, the city is only moving them because their on the don valley flood plain, the city knows that that is probably the only major place to ride and they promised to the riders that before they tear out the jumps that have been there for the last 15 or so years, they will have the replacement park already made, it was flooded pretty bad... here are some pics
