I was in the lift lines at whistler today and i saw this really really wierd bike, it was honey color and on the side was written huckleberry i think, the wierd part about this bike was that it had a 3rd sideways disc brake under the seat post, and a 2nd headtube connecting the rear end of the bike, almost as if it swiveled. Anyone know what this bike is? ive done some googling and cant seem to come up with anything

The only bike I've ever seen that has a swiveling back end is a swing bike but those were deemed unsafe decades ago.

Was the back end similar to this?

maybe it was homebuilt? i've never heard of them before, could be a bike made somewhere in europe too.

Holy crap man. The second disc keeps it from pivoting. I'll bet he has it setup to unlock when he pulls the lever.

damn dude thats hella complicated took me about 5 mins to figure it out, wouldnt it be hard controlling that thing when it does pivot?

i met that guy at the whistler skatepark during crankworx. he said that hes working on making another one thats lighter.

i guess it makes it crazy for carving, although it looks like you have to hold on to the front brake the entire time when you don't want it to pivot???

or you only hold the brake to release the disc and pivot... is there some sort of limiter on how much the frame can pivot?

hopefully the designer is on some sort of forum or operates a website that gives us more insight into it...

that is the weirdest frame of all time... holy crap..
