has anyone here got fed up with smashing you shins and got shin guards?
i'm thinking about getting the 661 veggie wraps. mainly them because their sleek and i can wear them under my trousers w/o looking like a mong. just wondering if anyone else wears guards or are all of you just too manly?

Iv got Dainese shinnies which i think are really good, they'v got a knee and a shin guard in one but some people dont like this because it comes lose but iv never had any trouble Big Grin

i just want the shin part. it not tha ti fall alot and smsh myself up it jus tthey i'm good a missing one pedal and the other comes whirling around to dig a revine in my shin.

Yeah thats always the problem that i had aswell Razz got the scars aswell Frown Those shinnies look pretty good but i think i would go for the hard plastic option so they last forever

They are plastic and will last so much longer compared to the thick material shinnies

i used to ide with some lizzad skins but stopped wearing them becuase they woundt fit under my pants....i ride with out them and slip a pedal every time i ride and now y shins are used to it......they are ugly looking though.

i always wear pads when i ride my mtb, but i never wear them on my bmx, i find my feet just dont slip off that much.

For cheap shinnies I used to run lite soccer shins under my jeans - they worked well. No knee protection though.

well i havent actually got them yet bro. i was just thinking about it. i've ruined soo many jeans with hige blood stains on the shins. and shortened many rides because my floppy shin skin is annoying.
