ok i can't fig out how to manual my bike i pull up sick my butt out and pinch the seat with my knees and all i get is like 3 seconds of manual and no long been trying for year or so and can't get it and if you have any other cool tricks tell me how to thanks ahead of time

why do u pich the seat? you just pull back until your at the peak of your balance ppoint and if u start to loop out ne then slightly put on the rear brake just enough to make you not fall on your ass but not too much so you drop down. and if u feel yourself dropping down pull up harder and pump your legs and it will keep it up in a manul. also it helps to go down a hill. it keeps your speed and the incline makes it easier.

i was told that was how to do it and i have tried not piching the seat and i get the same thing and i can't pull up enough to get up so i have never really manualed before so i need the works on how to do this thanks if you have any help

you need to use your rear break as a stabalizer and pump ur legs a bit when ur front end is goin down

Do as stated. Balence with pumping and your brakes.
