Well you should start collecting foam right now... It takes a long time to get a decent amount of foam...

Yup... thast about all there is to it,colect the foam, building the box is easy. the foam is realy expensive new, so go check out your lockal recycle, garbade, used, etc, place and see what you can find.

If you have a local foam/upholstery place where you live you could ask them for scraps, I know it'd take longer and the pieces would probably be smaller, but it'd probably be free.

go to a gymnastics place, they buy new foam every year and will give you the free foam when they get new foam.

you people dont know shit!

you dont just get 'given' 12 metres square of foam. and even if you did you need like 40 thousand cubes of the stuff for a safe one.

try watching Travis Pastrana's Nitro circus series and you might learn a few things.

and for the body of it your gonna need like a huge skip or something or dig a big hole in the ground which will floor and everything will go mouldy haha

O+

good thing these guys are going to be jumping a 30 - 40 pound bike 15-20 feet into the air and not a 220 pound bike 40-50 feet in the air. A bit of a difference there dont you think? yes, it is hard to get foam, and no they wont be given 12 sq meters of foam. You do have to collect, and it take time. It took me about a year to get all the foam i needed for mine
