Well in england they teach us it isnt. Cos they say not 2 sit up fully. just go a little way up. About half way. lol. Not starting... just i dont wanna look a prat. lol.

yeah, you are right. its less strain if you just do half's. you cans till work upper and lower too, just start up and go back half
I also do these things where I lie flat and bring my knees up to 90 degrees and do a sit up at the same time. It does the lower abs as well as the upper ones. They're proper solid if you do them right
It's just the time of year, eh? I tend to be more in shape in the summer/fall times, as I'm always out on the bike. winter, hell no. I'm working or sitting around the house on pinkbike.
