Im using a Nikon D90. for the barspin the shutter speed was 640, Aperture was f/14, ISO was 400. then just get the white balance right and shoot.
For the icepick the settings were shutter speed 400, the aperture was f/4.5 and the iso was 250. Hope this helps. I didnt use any flash in any of them by the way.

I think these Pictures are Amazing. if i were you, i would actually post them on here. if so i think that the first and last are POD quality and the second one is still sick just you don't see much of the rider/bike!

Extremely nicely capture shots...Just one thing...I hate the composition.

1 has very good composition, but from a side shot like that, i reckon it would have been better to get lower, and capture where he is going to land aswell as taking off...if you see what i mean.

2nd and 3rd pictures are far too centralised IMHO.

3rd would be perfection with a slightly lower angle and slightly diff composition to it.

I know the composition blows, and i see what you are saying about the barspin. as far as POD, pinkbike is stupid and wont use them because he is not wearing a helmet so its not worth trying.
