well focusing on a small jump, pedaling hard to get on speed and not checking where my front wheel is going.
I just went too much to the inside and the was a nice 2 foot rock that i hit frontal with the front wheel, boom! if you look closely you can see the gear shifter flying through the air, still hanging on the shifting cable! Wink
