yes it is, thats why i suggested him better forks for his bike.. I don't think he knew it had 100mm of travel or lower. And i dont think he even knew what it was, i think he just heard people saying oh yeah make a pargyle, and the best fork is a pargyle and stuff so hes like it must be good.
