Good way to build up my downhill skills

I am noway good enough to give advise as i brick it when it comes to jumps but i do love dh and i love going as fast as my ass can go lol so what i will say is keep calm and dont panic. Also i think fitness is quite important, i found this out last monday after a day in the fod, i need to get fit..

But the best thing i could as and the most important in my eyes is have fun!!

As was mentioned before, try riding chainless for a day. It will dramatically improve your skills on pumping speed out of every whoop, banked turn, and will make you smoother. It's a bit of an odd feeling at first without the chain tension on the pedals, but seriously, give it a go.

On a run full of berms and table tops called "Silkey Johnson" at Sol Vista Bike Park, CO they had a chainless race once after a race last year. 100 bucks to the winner and it was a great time and you could really tell apart the riders that knew how to ride efficiently vs. those that had poor technique.
