Inverted forks are no longer necessary the initial point was lower weight and better seal lubrication. With the modern technologies we have today forks weigh less with an arch because they don't have to be overbuild to remain stiff, and modern oil systems are better at lubricating the seals. if you like inverted forks get a Dorado.
