I guess I just need to turn it to muscle, so you're right. Bit of a gut on me at the moment, haha.

9 months off of the saddle + beer and fast food caused it, but I'm riding again now.

You guys make me feel like a fatass. I'm 5'6 and 155 lbs. But I workout regularly and I'm working on mass. I use to be around 130 lbs and scrawny.

154 and 5'11 is waaaaay under weight. You must be stick thin! That's how much I weigh and I'm a lot shorter than you. People even call me skinny.

Nope, I've got big arms and big frame, but a big gut to go with it, ha. Just need work out now and lose it. Also being a road cyclist, I need to be pretty slim too.

Ya I have the gut problem too haha. Hardest section to lose. Doesn't help that every weekend I eat junk food and beer, pretty much ruins any progress I make at the gym lol.

I'll just stick to press-up, sit ups and cycling for now. My local gym tried to charge my (now ex) girlfriend £800 when she became ill and quit her contract with them, so I'm not joining there.

Thats expensive. My contract allows me to quit if something happens to me or I move. I also have a total gym that I use at home. Awesome machine, I prefer it over the gym for certain exercises
