I'm running 27.5 because my bmx doesn't have brakes lol

Either 26x2.5 or 27.5x2.4depending on which bike I ride. I don't think it will be THAT bad

replace pads would be my guess since you can adjust toe like a rim brake

A small amount of triflow on each side of the rotor usually helps. Also a good technique to improve braking performance when your racing

Lube+rotors I'll give it a shot! Powder ridge race says the bike needs brakes. They don't have to work!
