Trespassing onto the property and then poaching the trails probably won't do any good for anybody. On another note if people are interested in calling kelso and pitching some money in maybe they would be kind and open their lift for a day for us? Just a thought.
Don't think its tresspassing as its being put together by one of their employees. Sounds more like Management decided it wasn't worth the cost to run the lifts but said you can hike it if you are quiet and stay out of the way.
well if ur not going in to pay the resort but gonna hike the hill i think that can be construed as trespass.. weather or not its an employee offering a day, i not in, lets say i work for a sign company and can offer a ryde over the edge of the scotia tower in toronto,at 900 plus feet above adalade can i do this just cause i service the sign that is up there? does that make it legal?? who has conscent for us to be there, i'm sure stefan not going to cover a broken collar bone.... i love to ryde but not like that
