depends on your weight if you need a 350 or 400. I'm 63 kg/140 lbs geared up and I'm running a 350 Ti spring. If you're any heavier you should be looking at a 400 lbs spring. you need a 2.75" spring. or a 3" spring. I'm using a 3" spring and it's a tight fit.

I was just curious if anyone knew where to get a ti spring that will fit the fox dhx for my 09 session

RCS has the Ti spring.

What size do I need? I think the stock one is a 2.8 by ? 350lb should I go to a 400?

Maybe a 450 then. I have a couple of friends in your weight range on Sessions (one of them on a 09 88 FR) and they're on 450 springs. Is 160 lbs with or without riding gear? You're kinda inbetween spring rates. Or just buy both a 400 and 450 steel springs and try both. Then buy a titanium spring when you know which one you need.
