i was replying to some one else u f*ckig idiot ha was saying to put drop off triples and i was saying not to and to put 36s on it becuz it is a slopestlye bike and drop offs would f*ck it up read the whole convo befor u made a judgement

i am most likly getting a bottlerocket frame and i dont know im im going to keep my 2007 66 rc2x or sell it and get like a lyric/36. probbaly lyric though. itd going to be my only bike and il be doing everything on it from xc to dj to whistler and diablo freeride park im assuming it will be fine for everything the oly thing im worried about is like going to whistler on it im going to sgc so its got keep up with 8 days or riding and its still got to be comfortable and whatnot

im gonna say get the lyric, but, i also think that the bottle rocket isnt your best choice, maybe a reignX frame, cheaper, and more versitile

http://www.bos-engineering.com/MTB2/en.html - they're not out yet though, I think they'll be out in 2009 somewhen as a 2010 model - they are coil sprung and available in 160 or 170mm.

is it still true that the current BOS fork is 3grand?

I dunno, they are coil though and I prefer the versatility of air springs so I won't be getting one anyway, despite how pimp they look!

i was looking into one, they are cheaper but only by like 200 bucks and it comes with a dhx 3 coil and i want togo air so than it ould be more than the bottlerocket with the air.. but is is a better bike? its more travel and the geo is way different i cant decide i agree with the lyric

its a much, much more versitile bike, talk to the user MitchT, he has great experience with it, its a dh capable, AM, SS, DJ, and FR rig. it all depends on the build, the lyric will make it a very, very versitile bike
