Here you go; taken at Whistler this year - love the bike.

Just off the gondola at the top of Whistler mountain ready for the blast back down on the August long weekend.

I just got my 03 VPS A-Line, I love it. I think its a frickin beast, im a new rider, so having the best of the best wasnt really a concern of mine. But having a tough bike thatll hold up was, and to me, this fits the bill.

2000 VPS-1 painted like a 1999 and a 2002 VPS Launch.

Does anyone here know rear shock sizes for these frames?

Some sick Norco's here's mine

My Big DH-XC Norco A-Line with Marzocchi Shiver DC forks Rockshox Vivid R2 rear shock and MAXXIS DH 26 X2.7 tires
the custom KYDEX Bash guard amp chain stay
love those Maguar marta s and X9 shifter with my pretty red hoses but those Renthal Fatbar just make it all with my red ODI grips

My build complete and setup the way I will ride it till I get some 1x10 Hardware for my bday anyhow Big Grin
Rode around the block and did a few ditch hops and a little drop to get the feel of my starting adjustments and get things crudely dialed in.
Felt really good!!
Dropped more than 2kg off the weight of my frankenbike too!!

I think I am going to like this Big Grin better when I get some bigger brakes, stronger wheels and ZEE 10x1 setup on it in Feb

All I did was restore the frame, new bearings, bushings paint...
Then moved all my old hardware from my old bike over.

New brake pads
New Envy front chain ring

Just need to do a final tune and she's ready to go.

I even gave her a name. "Fat Amy"
