No its horses then cyclists then cars. Cars at at the bottom of road users.

Hmm your right he could have moved but i guess its a matter of principle and some people have to go the extra mile!

Shouldnt have to or feel the need to have personal insurance.

I guess until times change though, its certainly something to consider.
