as far as I know yes, best thing to do is enquire about it! But every store I have been to has had all the stuff to put a colour into a rattle can, they can be quite expensive.. Think they're about a tenner but I did the frame and bars and there was probs enough to do forks too

yeah they could, just blue dye and red dye in a lacquer.
