yeah I rode specialized for a while and they are so heavy, santa cruz bikes have a lot of pop, but kona has really right for me. they are not too heavy, and are really simple and reliable.

are your serious? my friend has an 04 Specialized demo 9 DH with a fox 40 with normal weight parts and it weghs around 48 lbs and this other kid i know has a semi new Kona Stinky Delux with a new 888rc2x or something like that and some lighter parts and it still weighs around 57 lbs
I have an 05 stinky and with new forks and shit it still only weighs like 47 ish pounds
