Did you see that Jordan and MG have raised £19k? https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/mash-gang-putting-more-cans-in-hands
Will be interesting to see what people actually get. Think it's about 10k in "store credit" that's gonna get dished out. Interesting to see if that happens!

I reported it as a scam. Will not do anything but what will
They’re being struck from the register, but in reality, as they aren’t trading anymore and I guess everyone who was going to try and get something back off them now has, that means nothing really, just that the company will no longer exist, officially.

It's now 2022 striking off usually takes about 3 months, even if no one acknowledges the documentation, has someone actually put in an objection to them being struck off, once a company is struck off its dead there is no comeback and no way of getting any money from that debt owed in some cases HMRC will reinstate a company to go after the directors but that's usually in the much larger fish market
The protracted timescale however could hint at a few things
A. someone has objected to the striking off as they're owed money
B HMRC have objected because they're owed money
C or IME working for the government in a civil service role now the most likely, is that the lazy f*ckers who work for companies house haven't got off their 3 day a week work from home.arses and got round to it.
