30-42 will be good. Your rear goes to 10t so that will help on the KVR pedals.
Not riding with the Lycra strava junkies helps too.

Ya, where's my brain

30f - 42r = 2.85

So for sure going with that.

Damn, no excuses now.

Hey gang,

Just wanted to make a post and introduce myself to the local PB community. Names Josh Shulman. I have lived in Penticton for the last 6 years and absolutely love the trails around here. I have seen a huge difference in the trails in the area over the last two years. The community around here keeps getting bigger and better and it is awesome. I am keen to get more involved with local maintenance and building. Get at me sometime to get together for some dig time or to play bikes Smile

Does anyone on here have experience with Rock n' Road bike repair? I'm looking to have some shocks serviced this winter and am looking for an alternative to sending them to Vancouver.

Thanks,

Are they set up to do rear shocks or do they send them to Vancouver? I believe most shops don't do nitrogen.

Rode the Upper part of Panchos yesterday for the first time. Pretty sweet trail but man does it need some love. All that new work on Code 4 has set up nicely after all that rain we had this week.

I'm not sure what exactley they can and can't do with what brands. They are good though. Give them a call, they are in westbank. I've known them forever and they are fair and honest dudes.
