OK, I just started to respond to an ad listed; when I send a note, it give me a bad message, and there is a thing that says if I don`t note restrictions my account will be removed! There seems to be no way I can see to `Note Restrictions`. How do I do this???

i posted on a guys add and he posted me back took me awhile to figure it out cause i dont check my email to often but any how i fallowed the email link and got the message but i still cant find on the pink bike site my messages do i have an inbox or is there a messaging system in the site or is it all email messages hope this makes sense im not to hot on cpu smarts lol

Above the PInkbike logo in the top left hand corner next you tour username is | inbox | photo | video etc. click on 'inbox' and it'll be in there.

But I would like to know how to create user generated news. I have seen a thread which explained it a while ago, but I can´t find it anymore.
