For light weight and good price I'd go with the 1664 Shaved Beaver trap. NOT overpriced and still grippy with a light weight design. Unlike they're little brother, 1664 beaver traps, the 1664 Shaved beaver traps are sealed bearing.

accually they are not sealed i have 2 sets and im positive they arent

and i would not reccomend them its just i got 1 set for free thats why i ahve 2

go with funn soljam vipers, i dont have them but my cousin does. there so good..... unsealed bearings, amazing grip and only 70 bucks on www.jensonusa.com iam getting some for xmas

50/50x arent that good, 50/50xx are very good. i had the 50/50x for 3 months and the axel would not stop coming loose (not from the crank, the pedal platform from the axel)Beer

Actually they're are two models I belive and the better one comes sealed. It seems you just have the crappy ones.

if your going to be riding just street and park then go with EASTERN PLASTIC PEDALS. there like 15$ a pair, and really really light. im going to be getting a pair.
