get an 888 and youll be ok. but rember, when you buy a second hand fork you ant compair anything. if the previous owner f*cked it up, none off the fork will preform perfectly. its always a long shot if bought second hand

Boxxers require more maintenance but they are good forks. My mates boxxer's have good control so they dont bottom out unless you have them set up properly and the lowers are in good condition. They are also lighter. Either way, both are good forks.
