aluminium rusts when you get it wet and then dry it off again it will go bright orange its called rust i think.

BAck on Topic now. Yes Steel has more flex than aluminum. I'm guessing your doing DJ/Street so I'd suggest a norco 250 frame which is made of cromo steel which is good quaility steel. Don't buy a steel frame that is made of Hi-tensile steel(hi-ten)because it sucks dick.

Yeah nice Frame 4130 tubing is a form of cromo steal so that good. Nice and lite I would definitly go for it
