I've been using THE grips for just over a year.
I wanted the same as you, a lock on grip with a flange.
These come with three...

a small flange,
a full flange,
and a half flange for shiffters and teh best of both worlds.
theres also a large range of colours.

I use the Odi Yeti Lock-ons. Only grip I will use.

just bough some Oddssey Aaron Ross sigs. theyre well cool, feel ok too. the button are wicked. cut the flange of tho, they looked gay on my mtb
