Hello everyone! I would like some advise on wich size to pick, S or M, since Im 1m69, 79cm inseam and 66cm arms.. YT sizing says M, since S top size is 1m66.. But numbers wise it feels like S would be a better bet?

One question, the specs sheet shows head angle of 66/67, but reviews seem to only mention the CF Pro Race with the 160 fork has 66 HA.

Does the flip chip on the non-Race Pro models allow you to adjust HA down to 66 from 67 in addition to lower BB?

Edit further reading seems to say it's 66.5/67 via flip chip, I assume 66.5 = higher BB @ 347mm and 67 = 341m as the BB goes higher with slacker HA?

Should be the opposite, you have to lower the BB to make head angle slacker. The same happens if you sit on the bike fork locked, BB drops -> head angle gets slacker.

Sorry another size query.
At 6ft L or XL, I read a mag review where tester was 6ft riding and recommended XL.

I'm 6'1 and have had an L capra and an L jeffsy 29. I would go L Jeffsy 27 because its longer eTT than both of those bikes. But then thats me. Some 5'10" people go for XL and That suits them.... 6ft always seems between sizes which is annoying.

Cheers for the reply, my friend has a Large Capra which is too small for me so I was planning on an XL Capra until the Jeffsy 27 appeared.
I'm coming from a Kona 111 so used to a longer reach (460mm) and 2017 Kona 111 is 475mm suggesting bikes are getting longer still so I am tempted to go XL just concerned about the seatpost fitting.
Never simple!

Anyone else think the new jeffsy 27.5 geo is a bit long? I'm torn between a M and L (I'm just over 5'10"). The reach on it is more than most trail bikes in the same category. Talking Bronsons, Scouts, etc.

440mm on a medium seems pretty crazy to me. That's about 30mm longer than my medium Range. I'd have to swap the 50mm stem for a 35mm.

I dont think there too long at all, in fact bikes that were considered long such as the kona process range and whyte bikes have now all gone 15-20mm longer again for 2017 from previous years.
Personally i find many current bikes are way too short in the reach which really puts me off as i don't want to run a stem over 40mm.
I am looking at the J27 XL, reach 480mm + 40mm stem rather than the stock 60mm = 520mm,
Currently riding a Kona 111 size large, reach 460mm + 40mm stem = 500mm

20mm growth, great a little bit more room.

Best of luck

I'm along the same lines as you... looking at a large @ 460mm at 5'10" but I have the torso of someone 6'+ so I like longer bikes. I may end up dropping down to a shorter stem depending how it rides, going to 50mm might be perfect (yeah, talking about 1cm here haha). The long seat tube is the problem, but I think a 125mm dropper will fit my stubby legs! Gonna be ordering one pretty quick here.

How tall are you? My buddy is 6'4" and just ordered an XL CF Pro, should fit him well with the 60mm stem I think.

I am 6ft.
My problem is deciding between J27 and a Capra CF1, currently the Capra is favourite but it changes by the hour.!
With the Capra I would have an XL and leave the stem at 50mm.
