Fox 36 Grip 2 - Service a new fork to remove excess grease?

Posting in here as I have the exact issue from post 1. I am lucky enough to have 3 x fox 36’s and back to back comparison, the one that is sucked down is harsh over fast small chatter but fine on big hits. I spoke to fox who also recommended the negative air pressure grease. I’ll try that and report back.
