make sure if you have a 19mm spindle to get a 19mm bb same goes for 22

Mid and American use the same bearing size. The difference is that Mid is press fit, you just push the bearings into the frame by hand. With American the cups need to be put in with a bottom bracket press, then the bearings are put into the cups.

i have that blue and yellow DH supercycle and was wondering if anybody knows how to tighten the cranks? i cant get the arm off to get a good look but it looks like theres a cone nut between bb and arm, its really weird :S anyway, don't worry i have a sick bike i just need a bigger bike to get around on, plus i don't care if its stolen at school or someting
