yea still... there a huge f*cking trend....anytime i ask my buddies from the uk what rims to get, they ALWAYS say halos!its a huge trend
you know why? because they are an english company, and it makes sense to buy english products as they are cheaper! not having to travel around the f*cking world, you can get them for cheap! and they are strong, i have a set and they are perfect!!! dont just call it a trend, cedar wood in canada is a trend.
Halo hubs are f*cking awesome, mine have been running very well for about a year with little/no maintenance. Stop complaining about certain parts becoming "trends", they're just good parts that's why people buy them, if you don't like it just quit biking.
Ok ill be honest i have halo sas with spin doctor hubs the rims are strog as hell but the hubs are s.h.i.t the onlt good hub from halo is djd But it ent a trend, and you can shut up kieran (p60kiz) you have single tracks which ive had to straghten twice thats how week they are ive neva bent mine.
Halos are good, but they arnt the cheapest wheel you can buy. most people get them because they are cheap and for 80 quid you get it built etc all ready to ride. its usually the first thing a kid associates with riding in the uk, like Marzocchi and dmr chieftan cransk were the thing to have when i started. but you can get alot better. i have a mavic 321 on a deor hub, which is bloody crap tbh, but has lasted just aslong as my halo tornado did and was 30 quid cheaper. meh.
