k-rads are relatively light tires, so wheels would probably be the most noticeable change. in the shorter term, a new bar/stem combo could drop a decent amount of weight for you. i didn't realize how heavy my stock p.2 bar/stem was until i swapped them out for an NS combo, felt like a whole new front end after the switch Big Grin
