How about it's your bike, do whatever you want it doesn't matter what we think, and to be honest none of us really care about it.
and there's no point replacing any parts until the ones you have are worn out.

yeah I say paint you frame, bars, fork, what ever colr you want then just buy small parts like stem,sprocket, and so on to make it look even better. I would get the parts powder coded though not sray paint.
